Membership Information

Alpine Hills provides a unique experience with a community that becomes your home away from home.  We host events for all holidays and special annual events, such as wine tastings.  Our picnic area is open for reservations with the option for catering provided by Alpine Hills.  The Wibit is a favorite with all the children, which is brought out for birthday parties, holidays, and camps.     

Our Friday Night Themed Buffets combines quality meals within a close knit community environment. 

  • Application Process
    • Application Process and Deposit 
      Your membership application must be submitted with a non-refundable $3,000 deposit. Once your application has been approved, you are added to the Waiting List for Membership.

      A Membership consists of immediate family members only and Applicant’s children are no longer considered members upon reaching the age of 25.

      Wait List Policy
      While on the Wait List, you are not allowed to use the tennis courts, swimming pools, fitness facilities, or food and beverage services. 

      You may participate in programs for tennis, swimming, or fitness and will be billed at a Member rate: As a Waitlisted Member, payment is due by the 25th of the month by check to transition you to how all other Members pay. We do not process Credit Card payments for Members (or Wait Listed temporary Members). Auto – pay through a checking account is available.Monthly statements will be emailed to main applicant, unless otherwise stated.

      While on the Wait List, you may not attend social events at the Club. However, you will receive emails from the Club, as if you are a Member (this is to keep you updated on what we are doing here at Alpine and to get you excited for when you become full Members of the Club).

      **Membership Fees and Monthly Dues may change at any time during the application process and Applicant will be subject to any such changes.**

  • New Member Orientation
    • Official Orientation Process
      Waitlisted Members reaching the top of the list will be notified for an official orientation.
      On the day of your orientation you will be expected to submit payment for the remainder of the initiation fee.
      You must join at the time of your orientation. If you decide not to join the club, your non - refundable application deposit will be forfeited.
      You cannot defer to the end of the waiting list or postpone your start date.

  • Other
    • Upon resignation, 20% of the current initiation fee will be refunded to the resigning member. Resigning member is responsible for paying all dues, fees and assessments until membership is filled by the Club.
