Welcome to the Alpine Hills Fitness Department!

We offer a variety of ways to increase your fitness, help reduce your stress and better your overall health. Our certified instructors teach a variety of group exercise classes from barre, to body sculpt, to yoga, to junior fitness classes. 
Current class schedules and class descriptions can be found below,  or you can pick up a copy at the front office.
