Tuesday's 1:00-3:00pm and Thursday's 10:00am - 12:00pm.

12:30pm - Senior Strength, Stretch and Balance with Louis

4:30pm - Junior Yoga with Heidi

Tuesday 

6:00am - Beyond the Barre with Margaret (no class July 10th)

8:30am - Body Sculpt with Sheldon

4:30pm - Hapkido (reg. required)

Wednesday 

8:30am - July 11th - Body Sculpt with Sheldon 
9:00am - Beyond the Barre with Margaret (no class July 11th) 
6:30pm -  Restorative Yoga with Tam

8:30am - Body Sculpt with Sheldon

10:00-11:15am - Yoga flow with Melissa Redd

11:30-12:30 - Tai Chi with Robert

Junior Classes

Teen Open Gym Teen Training Class 
 - No open gym available from June 19-June 28th
A certification session is "required" for juniors ages 11-13yrs. in order for them  to use gym with parents or to be eligible for week day Open gym times. ( Open gym times is M-Th 3-5pm.)
Registration is required for this class.  To sign up for this or to make an appointment at another time email shelly@alpinehills.usJr
