Non-Member Participation


Alpine Hills welcomes non-member participation in a variety of programs within each department.  Please print and fill out the form linked below and return it to the clubhouse or via mail at 4139 Alpine R. Portola Valley, CA 94028. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact office@alpinehills.us.

In order to participate, the club requires monthly payments & an E-mail Address on file.

Policies: Non-member program participants are expected to arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before, and depart 15 minutes after, the scheduled program. For Private Lessons a 24hr notice is require for cancellations. No-shows and cancellations made with less than 24 hour notice will be charged.

Payment: By signing below I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to review my monthly statement and to pay the balance in full by the 25th of each month.

Waiver: I understand that any athletic activities have inherent risks and that these risks are related to participating in Alpine progras. Any and all injuries and costs associated with those injuries will be the sole responsibility of the individual signing below regardless of fault, and by signing below you agree to hold harmless Alpine Hills Tennis and Swimming Club, all reaching professionals, staff, and board members. If the participant is a minor then the adult's signature below assumes responsibility for the above risks.
