Personal training

Personal Training can be one of the most effective ways to get quick results from your workouts, whether you are just starting a new program, training for a specific sport, moving to the next level, or just need some “extra motivation”. The Trainers at Alpine Hills will work with you to meet your goals and get results!

  • Personal training is available Monday – Sunday  5:30am - 9:00pm.
  • Non-members are permitted to train in the Fitness room with an Alpine Hills trainer only.

Barre & Yoga 
Barre  Saturday /  9:00-10:00 am, WEDNESDAY 5:45-6:45PM 

Tighten, tone and firm your whole body with various body conditioning moves, ballet barre skills, and some heart pumping cardio exercises. Instructor: Melissa Redd   Cost: $22/NM$25 (on-line)

Yoga Flow
Saturday / 10:00-11:00 am

Deep, long, yoga stretches delivered in a flow manner.  Build muscle, strength and coordination.  Improve circulation, balance and blood flow. Instructor: Melissa Redd   Cost: $17/NM $22

Yoga I  Monday /  5:30-6:30pm

This is a beginner yoga class that introduces some the basic fundamental yoga poses.   Justin takes you through the poses step-by-step with verbal description and demonstration Instructor:  Justin Anderson  Cost: $17/NM$22

Sculpt & Dance

Body Sculpt  Mon & Weds: 6:00am,   Monday & Friday:  7:15-8:15 am,   Tues, Weds, Thurs. & Friday: 8:30-9:30 am 

Back to basics sculpting class with light weights, body weight exercises and various floor work exercises.  All levels welcome!

Jazz Dance  Tuesday / 10:00-11:30a

This is an energetic class that teaches a multitude of popular jazz styles-from class Jazz, to Jazz Funk, to Lyrical.  Class begins with a warm-up, followed by center and across the floor exercises, and culminates with learning a short routine.  This class is structured to aid in muscular strength, endurance, and flexibility - all while having FUN! Some dance experience required. Registration is required.

Cardio Dance
  Friday / 11:15am-12:15pm    **A minimum of 6 is needed to hold this class

A fun and challenging fusion of musical steps, rhythms and choreographies performed to exhilirating Pop, Latin, Hip Hop and World music. Open to anyone (beginners to advanced students) who want fun and dance with their workouts. Instructor: JD

HIIT, Strength & Balance

Alpine HIIT - 45 Wednesday 9:30-10:15am  (class meets outside on the fitness deck or in the old activities room)
This is a high intensity interval training class using the TRX, kettle bells, battle rope, dumbbells, steps, med. balls, bands and various body weight exercises to keep you moving.  Class rotates between high energy aerobic movements to easy to follow weight training exercises.  This is a fast paced 45 minute class, so be ready to sweat ! All levels are welcome !

Lunchtime Body Blast Sculpt    Tuesday / 12:15-1:15pm 
Jump start your fitness with a mix of calisthenics, light resistance training and cardio moves to help you improve your strength, endurance, balance and coordination.  Great for all levels.   Instructor: JD

Weights & Intervals  Friday / 9:30-10:30am 
This small group class with a mix of weights with Intervals on the TM, and the row machine, all in a circuit type format. 
Class takes place in the fitness room and is limited to 6.  Instructor: Hayley Cost: $17/NM $22 (on-line)

Just Weights - 30 Wednesday / 10:30 am -11:00 am 
This is a 30 minute efficient beginner weight training class that takes place in the fitness room.  Class varies each session.

Ultimate Senior    Monday /  12:00-1:00 pm  
Keep your body strong, flexible and in good balance with this full body 55+ class.   Instructor:  Louis Schuman Cost $17/NM$22

Tai Chi - The Ultimate Rehab Thursday / 11:30am -12:30pm 
Tai chi involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner and accompanied by deep breathing. Reduce your stress, improve your balance and flexibility.  Class is for all ages & abilities.   Instructor:  Robert Brown  Cost: $17/NM$22

Junior Classes

Pre-Kinder Dance   Tuesday / 11:30-12:15
Children will learn basics for ballet, jazz and tumbling, while dancing to music, storytelling and singing. Class is for 2.5-5yr. olds.

Jr. Sports Performance  
Tuesday & Thursday / 4:00-5:3pm
Improve your 1st step speed, and strength for your sport.

Teen Training Certification (Alpine members only)
All juniors ages 11-13yrs old must go through the teen training certification class before they are allowed to use the gym with a parent, or use the gym during the "open gym" hours. Open gym hours are: M-Th 3:00-5:00pm, all other times teens must be supervised by a parent. To schedule an appointment contact
