Shelly has a Masters Degree in Sports Science & Fitness Management from the United Sports Academy, she is a NSCA certified strength and conditioning specialist, and has been managing and training at Alpine Hills for over 16 years. She grew up playing tennis at Alpine, played at Univ. of Colorado & Berkeley, and went on to compete on the professional WTA tour playing against top players such as Martina Navratilova, Conchita Martinez, Mary Pierce and Monica Seles. She has extensive experience in on-court tennis conditioning, sports specific speed/strength training, 55+ fitness, pre/post rehabilitation and weight loss. She is available Monday – Friday, hours vary.

Vicki is a certified ACSM Personal Trainer and a Certified Post-Breast Surgery Trainer. She has been training and teaching in the Bay Area for over 20 years. She is passionate about being outdoors. She golfs, kayaks, ski’s, and participates in century bike rides. Her passion has become her career. She believes in helping people meet functional fitness goals. She is available Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9-11am

He has been working with clients in the areas of general fitness, sports specific training, pre/postnatal, and Parkinson's rehabilitation for over 14 years. He believes in being active everyday whether it is running, resistance training or a little kickboxing.

Sam is a licensed Doctor of Chiropractic & Ergonomist, he is a NSCA Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, a USA Weight Lifting Club Coach, and NASM Fitness Nutrition Specialist. He has been personal training in the bay area for over 19 years. He teaches functional training, Olympic lifting, kettle bell training, speed & strength training, pre/post rehab, flexibility training and is an extensive Martial Arts instructor. Sam is very passionate about helping others achieve their goals.
